Rockingham - alternative evening meal?

Although i am going to Rockingham on Saturday (& Sunday) I am not booked in for the evening meal and though some ofus might like to get together for a bite to eat.

There is a pub about 8 miles from Rockingham along some nice hooney roads - the Wheel & Compass (www.ukpubfinder.com/pub/16127 ) that does a good reasonbly prices steak - basically its good, honest, pub grub.

Suggest we could aim to go there about 6.00pm for a bite and a beer. You can't book but I would like to give them some idea of numbers likely to turn up so i'll start a list.
