As a reminder it's :-
THIS SUNDAY - 1st July 2007

Mark Hemingway of RC&S invites all sports car, classic car and bike owners to the Rockingham Classics and Sports Annual Fun Day for a mini treasure hunt and BBQ

RC&S have organised a wonderful relaxed and friendly day with some driving, some socialising, and a little eating with the opportunity of excellent homemade cakes

Starts from 10:00ish, entry is £5 per car, with a fabulous prize for the highest score, last years prize was exceptional

Rockingham Classics and Sports is on Braybrooke Road, Great Oxendon (near Market Harborough)

I can't remember, one was an excellent sponge

I wasn't driving and Glenn brought over 10 litres of his then new beer Black Sun (Craze Daze and Beijing Black blend)

It was a very hot day, I had a couple of glasses and no one mentioned it was 5% ABV and I had the cakes in the morning in case they sold out by the time we got back (one of the clues was opposite a pub and it was a very hot day . . .)

Still sounds good, I like sponge cake

Theres only one weekend a year I HAVE to work, guess which one it is rolleyes

Have done this event for the last couple of years and its good fun, really relaxed and you can dress up as a pirate if it makes you feel better!

Might take both cars!

God to be a good bet for a fun day out and you get to droll over whatever Mark has in staock at the time.

Yeah Dave we can go drag racing with our cars - yours dragging mine smile

Alan, fair weather driver - Chim should be out top down regardless of rain, well you get just as wet with the roof up in those Chims should have go a Griff if you wanted to keep dry with the roof up wink
