Simple misunderstanding. They didn't say Corby was "too white", they said it was "too shite". You can't get a decent latte in Corby, so the prison service is off elsewhere.

Thats really bad news for corby when its just getting on its feet with investment, another kick in the knadds for what is already a very poor area with high unemployment!

Wont they have to offer the positions in Leicester to those already employed at Corby? I mean, Leicester to Corby is all of twenty miles, not a horrendous commute (I have done near Wellingborough to Leicester for three years now on a Student wage)
