Here goes, atempting to pack up smoking, again, 3 rd time lucky.

Why couldn't the smoking ban start today? Reckon there would me a lot more success than some arbitary day in July or whatever it is?

Well nearly through a morning at work. Felt very strange first thing as people arrived. I gathered no one was realy pleased to be back. So quick how the holidays just seem to be a distant past. 3.5 hours in my case!

Depression hit me about 9 last night when i though oh F%^&K work again tomorrow.

Still not had a fag / hit anyone or even shouted at anybody significant!

I know the feeling - I didn't manage much sleep last night as I knew I was going in to a blazing problem this morning - Boy was I right!
