A Shag in Northampton ?

A juvenile Shag has taken up residence on the lake in Abington park. Very scarce anywhere inland. If you`re reading this Tony, a good start for next years list? (If it hangs around.)

What`s the parking like round there, Mrs BC ?

Loads of parking. Best bet is Abington Park Crescent. There are two lakes, one right next to Abington Park Crescent, near the junction with Bridgewater Drive, and the other towards the middle of the park (follow the path from the first lake).

And the park cafe does a great cup of coffee too (in case you get a bit chilly)

OK. who else was soooo disappointed? Mind you, It did occur to me that maybe Mark was offering himself up as a sort of Christmas escort boy
