I saw an unmarked black Skoda Octavia on the M1 on Saturday around J20 with hidden blue lights pulling a speeder on the HS.

Saw 3 unmarked cars on the M1 last night near J21, lights flashing, and driving in convoy, rear car was straddling lanes 2 and 3, very defensive driving. Wonder who they were transporting
