Trading Post in Kettering - Thurs 9th

Well, it's the usual time n place!

However I will probably be a little late, closer to 9 I expect.

Hopefully some of our new Local PHers will be able to make it!

If i can make it I will either be in the Limo or the Boringmobile!

The Boringmobile is in for its 60K service tomorrow so I'm attempting the 120 mile round trip to Cambridge in the P5 as I'm hoping I've found the overheating problem.

actually, i cant come at all, got all the bits to finish the P1 engine so im going to have to get on with that.

Looks like I may be there from 7:30ish for a bit then will have to pop out around 8. Getting my boiler checked out!

I need to get my boiler checked out too but I can't get her an appointment at the Doctor's!(had to be done!)

Good news!

Boiler fixed!

No water pressure. Apparently you shouldn't bleed raditors that run on a combi boiler as it is a sealed unit. I did...

Warm house and warm water! Woo hoo!

thin kwe had the same sort of problem with ours, the tank had managed to empty istelf, hence no water pressure. Give the engineer is due though, he did show me how to fill the tank so I could do it myself next time

We`ve always used Grey`s on Northfield ave. They`re in the phone book.....
