As it was discussed at the 'Blippin BBQ' the plans were begun for a monumental pee up in Kettrin, (SIC if your local).
Ending with a trip to the exclusive 'Central' where i believe Mark was going to reserve a place in 'Maureens Corner'?

So whats doing? I beleive Mr Skinner agreed to drive us and Pete has access to a minibus.

So..............

Staurday the 29.07.06 was offered as the date, Personally i would prefer the Friday as there won't be so many kids in town though and leaves more recovery time.

If I am not going to Global Gathering I shall be up for this! But will really need encouragement to stay in Central for any length of time!

You're too old for Global Gathering. You're just getting to be 'Central' age. Natural selection at work

hmmmm, after the support you guys gave me at Rockingham I guess I should buy you all a drink...this might work...

Friday pissup in Kettering, Saturday drive up the M1 to the Notts piss up, if that happens...

...a plan so cunning you could paint it orange, stick a tail on it and call it a fox.

Iain

The rev-limter says she should be able to make it, depending on job interviews. Just need to get the Nottingham lot to pull their fingers out now. Can anyone suggest a reasonable hotel/travelodge in the area?

Iain, come on down! Unfortunately, havining lived in the Ketrin area all my life my knowledge of places to stay in the immediate area is zero. Unless you count crashing at someones house after a teenage party! (Back in the day) I think some of the others should come up with something though. Ketrin Klan! Help!

Thanks guys. Stopping on floors isn't reserved for teenage years, I stopped on one last night after a swift larger shandy with a few friends, and do so on a frightfully regular basis!!!

OOPS, Matt! Think you`ll find those numbers are 01536 and not 1536! But yeah, they`re all Kettering/area. The George and Royal are even staggering distance from the town centre. No idea if they`re any good though. As a guess I`d say if you want somewhere cheap and cheerful then it`s the George. Park Hotel up by the A14 looks expensive, but i could be wrong!

I think he was copying from a site that had the international code, i.e. +44 without the nought
Would ask him, but he is lost in the 'Playstation room'

yep, they've got the +44 international code infront of them, so you lose the 0, I'm no longer in playstaion room mode lol

I have a spare room with a double and have a very comfy large sofa not to mention the dead comfy 6 foot bean bag! So can cater for a few.

Warn me though coz if you like milk in your tea/coffee I'll have to get some.
