Yup! it's time to get a bit more sensible now we've got two kids to entertain. So the Chimaera and Saab have to go and i'll look for a Merc SL 320 so we can ALL enjoy the roof down experience together and not in shifts, and i'll have just one car to service MOT upkeep etc, plus of course the safety factor! So it's a sad day. Please dont send flowers but instead send a small donation to the "Gazza there there never mind - have another drink" fund. Hopefully i'll have a few more runs out with you all, I suspect quite a few really as i've got her priced a bit steep at the moment (to frighten buyers off) but I will come down to a sensible offer. Does anyone out there know of anyone interested in my shiny thing?

Just had a guy ring me up re the TVR for sale, and he wants to come and view my shiny thing he's got a Merc SL 500 (OK Mark?) BUT he's coming from......The Isle Of Man!!!

IV'E ONLY GONE AND DONE IT!!
Yup my shiny thing has gone (so too has the Saab) and now I am the proud owner of a Mercedes SL 320 on a "T" plate. It is the facelift model ALL electrics (lot's of toys) and a hardtop which will go on for the winter - and it'a panoramic! which means full glass so looks pretty cool when sitting inside the car.
It's in blue/black metallic with a black hood and grey leather interior.
My Chimaera is now on Pistonheads - being sold by Rimms cars for £10.895, she looks bloody good on the ad - a lovely car for someone.
Will put new photo on my profile soon, and hopefully get to another meet as well, it's been so long!
