Don't want to tread on toes, but what about making it a bit more stylised? Lines might be too thick, but you get my drift? 5f not, The first one I lke.

did a test cut this one's 150mm wide x 115mm high (£2 coin in the shot)

don't have any ideas of the number of people wanting them, that isnt a problem as I can easily produce low volumes

no clear that generally looks a bit tacky, its just a solid colour vinyl,
any colour your choice
