Got a busy month or so ahead! Goodwood revival this weekend, pistons and props in a few weeks, then bicester sunday scramble in early October!

Indeed! Although by the looks of it it doesn't go above 50% chance of rain all day, so might be okay. Hope so as I don't have a roof/windscreen/any form of weather protection.

Well, the weather was horrendous yesterday.

We arrived in the dry at around 10.45am. Around 11am it started drizzling and it didn't stop raining all day. Utterly miserable.

This is the second time I've been to pistons and props, but the action in the air seemed much lacking compared to when I went previously. It was nice to see the spit, the mustang and the Lancaster fly past, but for a combined air/car show I was a bit disappointed.

I would also like to thank the chap on the Jaguar Owners Club stand (I forgot to get his name), who handed my wallet into the hotel reception after I dropped it on the airfield. I already cancelled my cards (you can never be too careful now that there's contactless). But it was nice to get my wallet, cash, driving license and other "non-bank cards" back! So thank you again!

Weather for today looks crap up to about 3pm, then may dry up a bit, but the report for yesterday was desperately incorrect, so who knows...
