M1 Smart Motorway roadworks J19 - J16

So these roadworks were scheduled to be completed by the end of March. It was obvious they were delayed starting, and now that they are nowhere near completion. I checked online, it seems the project is now extended until the end of Dec 2017.

Utter joke. First was the replacement of the central reservation, then the smart motorway. I go through this every week and have been doing so before it started. All I see is the so called workers on their mobile phones, feet up in their work vehicles or standing round watching 1 person swing a spade. Winds me up big time.
