Auto box recon on the R

In the back of my mind the Volvo will require a recon on the auto box. It's not pressing but need to get wheels in motion, need an additional oil cooler fitting too.

Can anyone Recomend any local good gearbox specialists, The market is flooded with companies but id rather word or mouth recommendations, rather than the fake testimonials they seem to place on the websites!!!!

Midland Automatic Transmissions at Kettering did the oil/filter change on my Jaguar autobox last year and certainly seemed to know what they were doing, unlike a couple in Birmingham I had previously asked!

My advice would be get onto t5d5.org and try to get in contact with Tim Williams. We all travel from ALL over the country to see him in Coalvile. Some even need their passports and come from Scotland!

The gearbox centre did my Traffic box a couple of years ago , recommended by the garage I use in Kettering .
