Looking for a bathroom designer

I'm looking for someone who can help design a new bathroom and would appreciate any recommendations.

I'm not looking for someone who'll only perform this service as part of an installation or to sell/supply the subsequent materials - I just want to pay someone a fee for helping design the layout and materials (which I'd then plan to source and fit myself).
