Garage door repair

Can anyone recommend someone to repair a standard up and over garage door in the Market Harborough area? My spring mechanism is completely fubar'ed.

I can recommend www.uniquegaragedoors.co.uk who fixed my garage door for a very reasonable price too

could you buy the parts and do it yourself (take great caution if something is loose during tension it can fly off like a bullet, I know)

or there was a thread not long back on here (next page or two perhaps) with something about a garage door in Upton (now part of Northampton)(?)

ETA: perhaps scrub that as now t'web working again I can see it's further down this page and for wood but perhaps if he's short on work (many people are)
