made a nice discovery last night whilst looking for a meal

TJ's Caribbean Bistro - friendly and with interesting and accessible simple Caribbean food, only been open a few months

I like the the 'Select 1-2-3 then order...' system - your three main ingredients to your meal then add cakes and drinks if you want

the three steps off a sensibly small number of options in each but the permutations multiply up into quite a choice

you can eat in or take away (or local delivery) and have late breakfast or lunch from another menu as they open from 10.30am

as you can tell I was impressed which doesn't happen that much now after over 40 years of Indian, Chinese, Caribbean and English sit down and take-away meals

as the building doesn't really stand out in its location some easy directions - it's next door but one to Kingsley Park WMC and a few doors away from Sheltune motor factors (who are across the road from the drive-in MoT place)

these are all on the Kettering Road (A5123) (after the Racecourse) called Kingsley Park Terrace
