rental needed E Hunsbury

Im looking for a 2-3 bed house to rent starting 2nd week of December at the latest. Must be within walking distance of abbeyfield (mereway upper) school. 6 month min, 1year max. Garage not important as the toys are in storage. Has anyone got or know of anything suitable before I start visiting rental agents . Thanks, Alan .
