Wheel Alignment

Can anyone recommend a competent place with decent wheel alignment equipment as one of my cars is chewing front tyres on inside edge.

It is probably just tracking but having played this game before on Mrs TT's car just wondered if anyone has any recommendations.

Tried searching but couldn't find anything.

(IIRC) or Porsche dealers as they had problems with one of the models a few years ago and had to learn the subject thoroughly and install good equipment to check

Well, Tyres Northampton certainly have a nice facility and good equipment.

The cost of wheel alignment was about twice what I expected especially as the rears appeared OK to start with.

Tried to flog me a couple of tyres and the guy dealing with me assumed I had zero knowledge (maybe not far off but...).

The reception was courteous but being called darling and sweetie grates a bit. If I had been asked my name I would have gladly given it and it would have saved all my cringing. Took my name as I was collecting the car to leave.

Tyre quote was competitive but please give me options not just what you have in stock.

Overall 6.5 out of 10

So, better than average and way better than some. Will I go back? Probably.

ETA: Marks were deducted for handling the steering wheel with dirty gloves on and putting the brake locking mechanism onto the leather seat base and back with no protection.
