MX5 owners in the Milton Keynes/ Northants area

Hi,

I'm looking for an exhaust system for my soon to be purchased MX5. I want something quite throaty and quite loud, but not completely unsociable, something like Racing Beats exhausts, but a bit louder.

If anyone in the MK/ Northants area has a nice sounding exhaust system, can I come and have a listen pretty please?

Go to the owners club meet at Overstone manor pub tomorrow there will be lots to listen too and the owners there are very welcoming.

I've just found the details and shall be going! Mum may come too in her MX-5 so that I'm not the only one without an MX-5 thanks for letting me know about that!

I didn't, no, I got home a bit late

I'll definitely be going to the next one. I should have my MX-5 by then too so I won't have to turn up in the Getz.

Did you? Was there a lot of people there?

Yes we went - there is usually a good turn out for the Northants meet.

Next month will be better as it will be lighter so you can go and have a look at the cars and hear the exhausts :0) It's the 4th Monday next week as the pub is being re-furbed on the normal date.

It will be good to see you there

OK, so it's the 28th April? I'll definitely have the MX-5 by then. I'm going to look at a few this weekend, so wish me luck!

It'll be nice to meet you and everyone else too. I might be the youngest one there though..

It isn't anywhere near as bad as it used to be, I'm sure when I first went (6 years ago) everyone was at least twice my age. There are a few twenty somethings now.

That's not too bad then, not quite twice my age! I am only 18 though.
