Entertaining a friend and my own stupid sense of humour, can people please suggest local places or streets which have odd or funny names that we can visit? Within around an hours drive.

Titty Ho and Bell End already catalogued! biggrin

Cheers! smile

Barton in the Beans (Leics)
Swineshead (East Northants)

and if you and your friend head to the Lakes for a camping holiday, then don't miss out on:

Cockermouth

Edit: just remembered my all-time favourite place name on the road map:

Pratts Bottom (Kent)

Went past a sign for a place called Knockin on the way back from Wales a few years ago. The urge to turn around and take a look was too strong and sure enough the local shop was called Ye Olde Knockin Shop. Brilliant! smile
