Anyone tried the French Partridge at Horton since the new owners took over? Interested in any views good or bad.

Has it gone a bit new age? I noticed the new sign included the word "Holistic" as i drove past the other day ??? ;-)

Yes, I spotted that too, Holistic Spa whatever one of those is?. Good luck to them if it brings in the punters.

I've been in a couple of times for tapas soon after it reopened. The Spanish chef was excellent but the decor is still a bit dated, not changed at all from previous. More recently I've heard its going downhill, chef sacked, curry evenings and Sunday roast now on the menu.

Hop over the rather splendid Horton to Brafield road and go to the Red Lion instead.

Might give it a swerve then, it has looked pretty dead recently, no cars parked or signs of life.

I know the Red Lion
and the road
