Cheap, efficient conveyancing for Sale and Purchase?
Discussion
Attempting to move house.
Had a reasonable offer on mine, which we have accepted.
Buyer is an investor, so no chain there.
Made an offer on another, which has been accepted.
Current owner is moving into rented, so no chain there either!
Looking to push everything through approx 5-6 weeks (assuming homebuyer survey comes back clean), so can anyone recommend a good solicitor/conveyance practice?
The quotes I've had from Turner Coulston and Shoosmiths are both about £1k more expensive than the quotes from internet sites etc.
I don't particularly want to go with an online unknown quantity, so thought I'd ask you lot if you could recommend anyone?
cheers!
Jim
