Anyone got a trailer?

I don't suppose anyone might have a trailer I could borrow for a couple of days next week? I need to get the car up to TVR Power in Coventry, and paying someone else to transport it is looking expensive...

Have you got AA cover Barry ? We've used them in the past, they've been happy to take the car as far as TVR Power from here at no cost.

I've got RAC cover Penny - but they want to charge to transport the car more than 10 miles. They wouldn't even tell me how much! In fact, they won't even accept that the car is undriveable without inspecting it first. So I though I'd investigate a few alternatives. Tall order I know, but worth asking...

I'll look at rental charges - hiring a trailer ought to be cheaper than hiring a car, right?
