Question on Speed Tutor system

Just back from a trip to Italy, a friend driving my car and with all the mad traffic I'm concerned they may have drifted above the limit on occasion (A1 Milan/Bologna). Obviously the car was on Swiss plates so does the "Speed Tutor" average speed camera system work in this case? And also, is there a list of the fines anywhere in case they were driving too fast?

The Italian police gave up on chasing Swiss plates ages ago, but that was the worst place to be driving like a Swiss on a day trip!!!!!!!!! for the fines try the www.aci.it site
