Recommend me a hotel outside Rome.

Me and my new bride will be flying to Rome from the US in three weeks time to honeymoon in Tuscany. We're renting a car at FCO airport and want to stay overnight on the outskirts of Rome to relax/sleep/recover from jetlag before driving North the next day.

Can anyone recommend a good clean hotel between the airport and Rome?

I lived there for 10 months and didn't get fed up of the place, tell them you're on honeymoon and ask for room 15, the hotel is small, discreet, only 3 years old and the chef has 4 forks in the "gambero rosso" (Italian Hotel & restaurant guide), it's also only 10 mins taxi from the Vatican.
