After a wonderful holiday to Sardinia last year we are considering buying a holiday home there / Italy.
Does anybody have any links to actual estate agents based in Italy / Sardinia selling, anything I search in the Uk seems to only bring up agents in the UK selling on behalf of agents in Italy, Im not so haoppy doing business like that and would rather be in contact with local estate agents.
Also tips on buying in Sardinia, we would consider mainland Italy too and would be looking for Mountains, scenery, does not have to be so close to sea but would be an advantage so any advise on places in Mainland where prices have not gone skyhigh yet so upcoming areas would be great.

use house hunting as an excuse for another holiday, if you are considering Sardegna the property prices look like taking a drop in the near future as the Italians are moving south to Sicily and the Eolie, tecnocasa is also a nationwide chain that have offices everywhere.If you need help with translations you can always PM me.
