Ok I've moved to Modena and am one street away from the ZTL so it's €20 per day to park outside my flat..............Off I toddle to the Vigili to be told that I can have a deroga from the local council, now it's 10.45, in the council office they say that I need a P di S, minchiaaaaaaaaaaaaaa laureata all cattolica, sposata 15 anni con un Italiano, 3 figlie Italiane AND I employ over 100 people and I need a PdiS then it's 2 marche da bollo di €14,62 each and come back in 6 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God I love this country but at least they gave me a parking permit winkAnyone else had this problem?

I'd go to the Doctors if I were you, sounds pretty bad !!!

Doesn't matter... in their eyes you're still a brit and they'll make it as difficult as possible.... blame Hamilton!

If it makes you feel any better, I should be living in my nice new flat today, only I'm not, because the office is still buggering about with paperwork.

Pleased to see that you have picked up the swear words first, always a good step smile Make sure that your contract states that you are seconded or you'll need me to come up to Busto and spend a day at the anagrafe....................... Good job Paolo wouldn't sell me the 993, can you imagine me explaining that I need another permit for my GERMAN sports car 500m from Maserati!!!!!!!!!!! Am in Milan 10th / 11th if a beer is on the cardsbeer

Is that a permit if you overstay your welcome?

PS, Cant understand posh...it has to be Dialect for me and even then with an English accent.....and dont ask me to attempt to spell it either.
