went to Italy for holiday drove from pisa to florence to modena them up to verona and finished in bergamo this was march 9th to 12th this year 3 months later got invoice for 18 euros from hire firm saying it was admin charge for supplying authorities with my information for an alledged traffic offence they charged this to my credit card that i used to book with and since then heard nothing...Is this a scam by hire firms to increase revenue and is it an offence to charge my card 3 moths later??

The Italian police have 6 mths to fine for speeding, !!!!!!!!!!! I'm waiting for the March licence
pull for under 3 hours from Genova to Rome or not as I think I sussed all the average stretches. But then the hire car was in the Boss's name.
