I would say that Ferrari being from Modena, and in the Emilia Romagna region, their main course plate of pasta would be:

Tortellini or Tagliatelle al Ragù.
Ragù is a minced meat and tomato sauce.
Tagliatelle are long strips of pasta, just like spaghetti, but flat and 8/10mm wide
Tortellini is a very small pasta filled with minced pork and beef meat.

That is a very tasty but rich in calories pasta dish.

You would also need your Lambrusco wine to go with it, a light and bubbly red wine, typical of the Emilia Romagna region.

There you go!!!!

Ciao
Italo

While not having been especially involved in Ferrari design, with one or two exceptions, Giorgetto Giugiaro has had the odd stab at designing pasta:

Unfortunately, the Marille didn't quite stick, and any remaining samples could probably be said to be - come se dice? - pasta their best.

Bucatini alla puttanesca!!!!!!

with the cost of living under that bike riding leftie, Italy "sta andando a puttane"

Therefore as the Signore della Notte don't pay taxes, they are the only ones that will be able to afford a plate of pasta with sauce soon, the rest of us will be on Pane e cipolle!
