ciao,

i want to build a place in the alps or dolomites. nothing super fancy, A frame cabin, sustainable as it can be, as long as I can access it by bike or 4x4 then game on.

just wondering where to start looking at planning regs and also who/where advertises land for sale? i'm coming to italy in august so would like to view plots then if possible.
