Noleggiare - Pisa - do not hire from this company
Discussion
Following a recent "experience" with them my advice would be to avoid them like the plaque.
They are preferred partners to .... Ryanair - which should have served as a warning in itself.
To summarise - their customer relations plumb depths even the budget airlines have failed to reach.
On hiring they tried very hard to sell extra insurance despite being told repeatedly it was unnecessary due to our UK policy covering excess.
The Pisa branch is off-airport as are their cars so whilst they collect them from storage you wait without any explanation.
It took best part of 3/4 of an hour from arriving at the branch before we were on our way.
OK the Peugeot 5008 was almost brand new and served our requirements but on our return we were charged an "extra cleaning".
This was because the floor mats (covered in plastic) were soiled as a result of torrential rain the day we returned it. Inevitbaly there was some dirt in the foot-wells.
To add insult to injury the Branch manager twice suggested I take it away and have it cleaned and then insisted we carry on the conversation in Italian - makes you wonder who the customer was?
Dissatisfied? - you bet!
