Gilbern info needed
Discussion
Hi there
I'm currently putting together a Buyers Guide on the Gilbern Invader for publication in the classic car press. Is there anyone who could assist me? Would be great to find a car in the East (we are based in Peterborough) but I need help in reporting what to look for and what they are like to buy/own/drive.
Cheers folks!

Hi Ian
There is a very useful site on the Gilbern at www.gilbernoc.co.uk. The Gilbern Owners Club Secretary, Peter Daye should be able to provide you with some useful information on the Gilbern marque and possibly a contact in the Midlands (contact peter.daye@gilbernoc.co.uk). Our club also have technical Advisors on the different models and an Archivist who again maybe able to provide you with some further background material.
Good luck

Hi Ian.
I have a Gilbern Invader and live at Sutterton in South Lincs about 40 mins from P'boro. I've only owned it 6 months, so can't help much with history and technical stuff (Pleny of others that can) but you're welcome to come see car anytime. I recently took it to the RAF Marham Track Day and had a blast! It handled well for a 36 year old Fibre glass car!
Contact me at alisonodiba@msn.com.
Cheers, Wayne.
