Hi guys,

I have imported a 2000 Tuscan smile. To complete import I have to pay BPM (*&%#@ Dutch taxes) mad . Therefore I need to know what the Dutch nett newprice was in 2000. But... there were no Tuscans imported to Holland by Nimag in 2000.
Has anyone experience, and if so, what newprice and with which evidence for the douane ? A phonecall with douane at Gilze learned that they would estimate a newprice of E 53000,= for a 3.6. This means about E 2248,= tax (40% BPM + 1288,= slurptax * 0,9). I have a 4.0 Tuscan so they said it would raise taxes, but power and torque (and newprice ?) are not that different.

Can anyone help me with this ?

Regards Ronald

He Ronald,

I would say grab that offer quickly. My S3 from 1992 had a newprice of
Euro 50.000,= and I paid Euro 1000,= when I imported it in june 2007.

Han,

That's a lot of money. Did a 1992 S3 really cost that much ?

I hope a Tuscan owner who did this before will respond.
Anyway, thanks for your advice.

Ronald.
