Any drivers of old/classic Jaguars here?

Driving between Derbyshire and Manchester yesterday, there were a lot of Netherlands registered Jaguars, from XK120s to early XJ6s, on some obscure lanes.

All had plates on the front, in the style of the old Monte Carlo Rally plates.

Anybody know what was going on..?

Saw a lone one this morning, too...must have been lost!
