Car history check - accident, finance etc ( hpi equivalent)

Hi

Thinking about buying a car from the Netherlands and importing back to the UK

Ive researched the importation process and I'm comfortable enough with that

What is concerning me though is that I cant find an hpi equivalent check in the Netherlands that can confirm whether there is outstanding finance or previous accident damage or stolen etc

What do people normally do when they buy a car in the Netherlands to check this sort of thing out before buying ??
