Seems to be "price to be agreed" or similar, but that's relying on Google Translate.

It means: "nader overeen te komen", broadly identical to your POA.

When I first looked at stuff to buy in holland, I couldn't work out what it stood for. The best, and most confusing, I could come up wIth was niet om te koop which means not for sale.

I was very confused smile

They probably changed from a fixed price to "NOTK(POA)" because they weren't getting any response to the ads. I'm looking for a good example of a particular model at present and spend a lot of time looking at various websites, and there's not a lot moving just now. I live in Belgium, but look mostly in the Netherlands for cars because they're quite a bit cheaper.

A lot of cars are advertised "NOTK" because the Dutch love to haggle and are very good at it. In contrast I will avoid an ad in Belgium which says "NOTK" because they are not good at haggling, and you end up in a circle of me saying "What do you want for it?" followed by the seller saying "what are you offering?", then the seller getting offended when you go in with a low offer.

I've had my eye on this dealer for sometime so the 230E and 250D now listed as NOTK have been lingering for about 6 months ,so the idea "lets haggle"adds up.Nowing my haggle skills I'd probably end up paying more than the starting price!
