I just did a quick search and couldn't find anything...

We've got a sport button on the Mini (R56 One).

What does it acutally do?

I didn't know you could get a "sport" button on the One but assume it does the same as the CS/JCW - when you have "sport" mode on it makes the steering a bit heavier and more direct and sharpens up the throttle response.
