Car wash warning!

Took the wife's MINI Cooper through the car wash at Sainsbury's yesterday - would normally clean it manually, but she needed it for a special occassion and we ran out of time.

Her MINI is now minus the rear spoiler and a nasty scratch the length of the roof

She's taken her car through that particular wash a number of times without a problem. No comeback as they do state when you purchase the ticket, no spoilers, but I was thinking more along the lines of Impreza or EVO types, not a simple roof spoiler.

So be warned if you have a Cooper spoiler...

The scratch on the roof would be there problam as it has noting to do with the spoiler. I would talk to them and make a fuss and see what you can get.

The brush dragged the spoiler along the roof causing the scratch

It would have been simpler unloading a sawn off at the poor girl, side on.
