This is not a huge help but I would call as many dealers you know, try to choose the ones that shift alot of stock as they will see more vehicles (David Holmes in Stockport tend to move through alot), and provide them with your shopping list.

If/when they find a Mini that is right they can deliver it where ever you want.

Other wise get a cup of tea, good internet connection and spend some time with PH and autotrader.

I believe your colour choice will be the limiting factor. This JCW Cooper S seems good but wrong colour > http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/731699.htm

I've already been through the list at one of the garages. weeping
Nothing with my full spec...
But from what it seems they don't make much money on 2nd hand cars so they don't have the same amount of enthusiasm as they do with a new purchase.

If you wanted to DIY, from your list the leather interior could be acquired from ebay, the PDC can be fitted for peanuts, and the front armrest is available from Mini for about £100.
Other than that, the roof and the aircon may be a tricky combo.
We had a similar 'specifics' problem, and ended up going from Manchester to Surrey after placing a deposit first day 'our' car was advertised biggrin

Dealers make plenty on used cars but it does appear that the Mini showrooms have taken on the arrogance of their BMW brothers and sisters with regard to customers. The fact you limit your colour preferences and are insisting on heated seats will make your search a long one unless you compromise a little. If you are willing to forego the heated seats option then there is a red one at the Canterbury dealership that ticks most of your other requirements.

For 60 quid its hardly worth trawling through a list for hours on end only to find the only car that suits customers needs is not in group.
