Aero kit ??

Does anyone know if the bottom edge on the aero bumpers (2002) is black plastic (same as the arches) or if it is painted black to replicate the wheel arches?

The aero bumpers are one piece.

The arches are painted to match the rest of the car.

Which is why colour coding ends up being so expensive, as the entire bumper has to be done.
