Installing a sports steering wheel with airbag

Hi, just bought a mini cooper and for some reason it does not have the three spoke sports steering wheel even thougn it has the chilli pack (any thoughts on this). There is one for sale on ebay but I am unsure about installing it, has anyone done this before with the airbag and everything?
