How soon will the new model Convertable be out?

Just considering buying a current model Cooper "S" Convertable but I have heard the new model will be launched soon in the UK.

Any one know when please?

New Cooper S will be out next year or late this year, Convertable wont be out for between 12 to 18 months after that.

Well, to be honest, I'd wait at least 6 months after the launch of the new shape, so the faults have been sorted. I'm not having a go, I work at a BMW/MINI dealer, you wouldn't believe the amount of faults and re-calls there was.

The new Cooper S is turbocharged from what I can remember. I can't honestly see why, IMO a supercharger is the better option.
