Wife and I popped into our main Mini dealer last week (Inchcape, Norwich), with a view to buying one of their used models. We were both surprised that they were not interested in making any kind of deal. It was either the full advertised price, or nothing. Price was over £22,000

Are these Clubmans really in such demand? We were expecting at least a couple of hundred off marked price.

The Clubman is being discontinued with the last production month February of 2024, that means the ordering books will likely close in November or December for new orders.

There are plenty more out there have a look on Autotrader there are 1,187 available at the moment and it will give you a good idea if you are paying to much for a similar car.

Paying full price seems to be par for the course these days.
As suggested take a look at Autotrader and play with the selection criteria to narrow your search and compare prices.
Still seems to be some variance.

Main dealers seem incredibly assured of the prices they can achieve.

And the ubiquity of BMW parts, personally I'd swerve these days.
