Looking at a new mini

The wife has a 2017 convertible Cooper and is looking for a replacement (Cooper S), went to my local main dealer yesterday, they had a "limited edition" electric for £52750!

Yeah that "limited edition" is pretty crazy, going on the MINI UK website you can get a brand new JCW convertible with all the options ticked for over £10k less, so you'd need to be a pretty serious virtue signaller to choose the electric over the JCW.

The next gen electric is on the way too, which I'm sure will be cheaper and have a better range... if you can get over the styling.
