Any thoughts on/info about the car below??

Mrs clarki is looking to swap in her Polo GTI to go back to a mini and this is favourite currently.
Only query I have is the wheels, not standard but apparently mini approved. Why change them though, is it a common modification, could they be better for track days? Or am I overthinking things a bit here.
Any thoughts/ info greatly appreciated.

They look like OZ Ultraleggera which are £1500 worth of wheels if genuine. Doubt they are Mini approved - they just happen to be one of a few wheels which have the correct offset to clear the big calipers.
There are a couple of other mods like the JCW Pro steering wheel (£500 from Mini) and the GP3 front corner arches. Again, not cheap.
There may be other mods, it might be worth joining the F56 Facebook owners group & seeing if anyone knows the car? These are pretty common mods, but are high quality so not necessarily the sign of a boy racer or someone who hasn’t maintained the car to a high standard.
