2013 Mini engine light on

My daughters Mini one is becoming annoying.
She had an engine light come up a couple of months ago, we read the codes an it came up with PO015 if i remember correctly.
We changed both front and rear cam sensors and it was fine for a a week or so.
Light came back on again, it starts and drives fine apart from she says it surges forward a bit while out on the road very occasionally.
So i found a local specialist who diagnosed it and said it was low on oil, topped up 2ltrs and sent us on our way with a £90 bill.
Well she messaged me this morning and its back.
Any ideas please

Were genuine sensors used?

Was the camchain checked/changed?

Has the tensioner been changed?

What about crank position sensor?

Do another code read. Was that the only one?

Thanks for replies, i shall try and answer what i know.

No genuine sensors were not used but still have the Bosch ones.
All of the other questions .... No

Codes... Yes that was only the 1 code.
As she now has the car at work with her i am yet to check the codes again.

So the daughter has booked the car back in for Tuesday.
I checked the codes and there were 2, both the same PO015 again.
Cleared them (maybe i shouldnt of), and started car, runs and revs fine with no odd noises.
