F56 Mini heater only working on passenger side

Hi all
I have a problem with the heating in my 2016 Mini One D where the heating is only working on the passenger side. It's a dual climate control system. Took it to the mini garage and have said in one of the actuators isn't working. Cost to repair £1000!
I have sourced the part off eBay and found on the heater core where the actuators are located. There is one on the left side of the core, and three on the right side.
Does anyone know which actuator is responsible for controlling the flaps which direct heat to both sides of the car.
Any help would be very much appreciated, as its bloody cold at the moment!
