Aside from PH, Autotrader and eBay what sites, forums, locations would you recommend to someone searching for an R53 Cooper S JCW.

Also, what are the best forums and Facebook groups for knowledge and advice?

If your on FB just search in the group section R53 or JCW and should list all the groups. There is loads some better than others but might be a trial and error situation

Few specialists around in R53s.

Mini Mental up near Darlington
LCF Autos near York

Used both - both brilliant (think Neil @ Mini Mental has a JCW in at the minute).

Few more - think B14 Minis retail cars (think they're Birmingham) and theres a fella out Lincolnshire way somewhere who specialises in them too - I'll dig out what he trades as.

The R53 Owners Group on facebook is brilliant too. Not like any other car groups I'm/been in - really, really good...

Try Car and Classic - quite a few on there when I was sniffing around early R50s.
