F56 JCW Pro exhaust

I want to change the standard JCW exhaust to the OEM Pro exhaust with the Bluetooth button to open the valve.
I've watched a few YouTube videos on the Pro exhaust, but I can't seem to clarify my questions.
1) With the valve closed, is start-up any louder than the standard JCW exhaust?
2) I notice during the warmer summer months, with the engine cold, start-up is loader than in the winter. Is the Pro exhaust the same level of noise?
3) Do the 3 modes still have an effect to the Pro exhaust? ie the standard exhaust makes more pops and bangs in 'Sport' mode so with the valve open on the Pro exhaust does it make even more pops & bangs in Sport mode than in Mid?
I use my JCW as a daily with early starts & don't want to disturb the kids anymore than I do now, especially in the summer (see 2 above).

Hi, I have the pro exhaust fitted to my JCW. Mine is definitely louder in the summer month. Mine makes a racket when I go to work in the mornings. The modes do make a difference to it, in green I think it goes even deeper in tone but no bangs. Mid is much the same. In sport it sounds amazing. I cannot get in the car and not turn the exhaust on! When the exhaust is not open I think it sounds quite poor. I think the standard JCW one sounds better! Love mine though it makes the car.
Thanks for the reply. So with the valve closed it sounds like the Pro exhaust isn't any louder on start up (which is good).
Are the aftermarket alternatives I should be considering? The key points are,
A start-up no noisier than the standard JCW exhaust.
A lovely noise in Sport mode with the valve open.
With the valve open or closed there is no droning inside the car while on the motorway for example.
