Countryman door lock arm pinch!

We've got a countryman, SWMBO likes the doors to lock while you're driving. In the hot weather I was driving and she was in the passenger seat with the window open and her arm resting on the top of the door. As I set off the doors locked, she let out a scream, the door lock had dropped taking a chunk of skin from het inner arm with it!

She now wants to sell the bloody car!

Anyone else had this?
